Der Kakao wird vor allem im Nord Westen des Landes, speziell im Tal des Sambirano Flusses kultiviert, dessen Verlauf nicht weit von der Stadt Ambanja vorbeiführt. Dank der nahen Tsaratanana Berge und der Passat Winde, herrscht im Sambirano Tal ein spezielles Mikroklima und während der Regenzeit werden die Uferzonen überflutet, die dadurch extrem fruchtbar sind und optimale Bedingungen für bestimmte Kulturen bieten, besonders für Kakao.
Zutaten: 72% min. Kakao. Bio Kakaobohnen, Bio Rohrzucker, Bio Kakaobutter. Kann Spuren von Milch und Schalenfrüchten enthalten.
Noten: Besonders harmonisch mit Noten von Zitrusfrüchten und tropischen Früchten, Passionsfrüchten, roten Früchten und Gewürzen im Abgang.
