Origin: In Scotland Chocolate Tree creates edible art crafted with dedication and passion by controlling the entire supply chain. Alastair and Friederike Gower’s mission is to create chocolate by protecting biodiversity and rewarding farmers with a true premium for their crops of heritage cacao varieties. Cacao is purchased from farmers in Peru, Colombia, Venezuela and Madagascar. With a perfectionist approach, every single small batch of cocoa is then carefully processed at the Chocolate Tree site near Edinburgh.

Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 16 and 20 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
