What is it: the “I Cultivar” collection of Aruntam Sensory Chocolate, chocolate Made in Italy. Chocolate created with organic Tanzanian Trinitario cacao from Mbingu (Kiswahili for Heaven) in the Kilombero Valley, on the edges of the beautiful Udzungwa Mountains National Park. A rural area where Kokoa Kamili works with more than 2000 families of farmers for whom the small cacao plots are the main source of income.
Ingredients: 78% min. Cacao. Organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic cacao butter. May contain traces of nuts and milk.
Notes: harmonious, with notes of tropical fruits, nuts, honey, citrus, cream and a finish with notes of spices.
Awards: SILVER – 2019 European International Chocolate Awards.
Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
