Formerly Pellegrino Artusi – in La scienza in cucina e l’arte di mangiar bene – proposes a recipe called “Portuguese milk”. It is also known as cream milk or milk flan. It is a “poor” dessert, but so good that it quickly conquered the tables of the lords for the festive occasions. Ingredients: 46% min. cacao. Organic natural cacao butter (Ecuador), whole milk, organic cane sugar, organic skimmed milk; Emulsifier: organic sunflower lecithin; Cervia sweet salt, organic Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, organic Lemon essential oil. Contains milk and may contain traces of nuts.
