• What is it: Chocolate, made with cacao grown in the territory of the Mombacho Volcano Natural Reserve in Nicaragua, a place with a unique biodiversity.
• Origin: Momotombo is a small bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Managua, founded in 2004 to produce craft chocolate with the famous Nicaragua cacao beans.
• Ingredients: 70% min. Cacao. Cacao beans, cane sugar. May contain traces of nuts and milk.
• Notes: a creamy chocolate with notes of red fruits e aromatic wood.
• Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
