What it is: the ‘Uncommon’ collection is made with cocoa beans from special micro batches, each selected from a Single Origin cocoa, with a unique sensory profile, because it is created with cocoa butter prepared from the beans of the same micro batch. Chuao cacao grows in a small village of the same name in Venezuela. The beans are still dried in the sun in front of the village church in Plaza de Secado. For more than 300 years, the population’s life has been centred on the production of this cacao whose genetics is a Criollo Trinitario hybrid, considered among the most organoleptically complex. For its farmers, Chuao cacao is not just an agricultural product; it is their life, their identity, their pride, inseparable from their culture, their land and their language. Our Chuao bar was produced from a single harvest from 2020 with particularly fruity notes that will amaze you.
Origin: ARUNTAM – Sensory Chocolate is a ‘tale’ of passion and courage, an original product that arouses emotions in those who taste it, with direct control of the entire supply chain. The bars are created with a procedure aimed at ‘stressing’ the precious ingredients to a minimum in order to keep their organoleptic properties as unaltered as possible.
Ingredients: 70% cacao min. Cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
Notes: creamy, characterised by a complex sensory profile, with intense notes of fruit, citrus and hints of nuts.

Storage: this chocolate of the highest quality must be stored in the right way. The ideal storage temperature is between 16 and 20 °C, direct light and excessive sources of heat or cold must be avoided, e.g. it must not be left in the car in summer or winter, otherwise it will suffer a thermal shock that risks ruining it.
