What it is: chocolate made with the rare Cacao Blanco from the Piura region in Peru.
Origin: The name Cacaosuyo comes from the words “Cacao” and “Suyo”, the latter, in the Quechua language, meaning region. Tahuantinsuyo was the territory of the Inca empire, formed of four regions: Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile and Peru. Cacaosuyo aims to preserve the aroma and flavour of the original cacao of Tahuantinsuyo, in particular that of the Peruvian Amazon, and transform it into exquisite chocolate.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar. May contain traces of milk, nuts, and peanuts.
Notes: a unique sensory experience thanks to fruity, nutty, honey, and citrusy notes.
Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
