Thanks to this wood, cachaça is enriched with complex and fascinating aromas, in which woody, spicy notes, hints of vanilla and a subtle sweetness intertwine. During the preparation of the chocolate, the cocoa nibs absorb the best of these aromas; the alcohol fades, but the magical essence of the cachaça remains, offering a surprising sensory combination.
