Fjåk Chocolate is the first bean to bar chocolate maker in Norway. Agur and Siv, Agurtxane Concellon (Spanish) and Siv Hereid (Norwegian), started to experiment producing chocolate in 2015, but only in 2017 they officially founded Fjåk Chocolate.
Their small factory is situated in the Hardangerfjord in Norway, where they pair the best cacao origins with the most precious ingredients the Norwegian nature offers.
The name comes from the Hardanger dialect, where people traditionally would refer to each other as “ fjak”, what means “loveable” or “honest”.
For Agur and Siv there was no other name more suitable for their chocolate project, as nothing in the world is more lovable and loved than chocolate.
Fjåk produces 100% organic chocolate, sourcing through fair trade and producing from bean to bar with the best quality possible.
Fjåk chocolate is made with love!
