Art teamed up with Mark from Bitterman Salts to find the exotic salt of his dreams. The two landed on an eccentric Japanese sea salt that is hand made from water pumped from the depths of the ocean where the sea water is ultra pure.
Origine: Amano Chocolate wants to bring out the unique flavors of cacao beans from around the world, trying as chocolate producers to be as faithful as possible to the organoleptic properties of cacao, whose profile varies depending on the origin. Because of that there are no two single origin chocolate bars with the same flavour. The cacao beans genetics, the farmer skills, the care and the methods of chocolate production are an integral part of the taste that the chocolate will have. Through working with small, carefully controlled batches and lots of love and attention, Amano seeks simply to make the very best chocolate humanly — or heavenly — possible.
Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Pure Caine Sugar, Whole Milk, Cocoa Butter, Whole Vanilla Bean, Japanese Sea Salt. May contain traces of peanuts, nuts, soy, wheat and milk.
Note: rich milk chocolate, sea salt, accents the flavor of the milk and tempers its cream. Deeply roasted cocoa nibs add texture and accent to the base chocolate flavor.
Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 16 and 20 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
