What it is: 75% cacao chocolate. Raquel discovered this wonderful cacao during one of her gastronomic trips to a farm in Palo Blanco, a village in the region of Piura, near the town of Chulucanas, where a small cooperative ferments and dries this rare cacao.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
Notes: broad with fragrant notes of tea, jasmine fruits and peach in syrup.
Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
