Origin: Friis-Holm is a Danish bean-to-bar chocolate artisan company, founded in 2008, which works in harmony with sustainable values: micro ecology, individual indigenous cocoa origins and a direct business model. Friis-Holm works with 7 different varieties native to Central America: Nicaragua and Guatemala. In 2015, the International Cocoa Organization recognized Nicaraguan Cocoa as a 100% Fine Cocoa: only cocoa from 9 countries around the world can boast this recognition.
Ingredients: Cocoa min. 70%. Cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter. May contain traces of milk.
Notes: this chocolate, initially soft and delicate with notes of strawberry jam, reveals a powerful fruity and woody note and hints of citrus fruit, honey, raisins and spices tart; on the finish a pleasant bitter with hints of walnut husk.

Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 16 and 20 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
