  • What it is: 70% cacao chocolate. This collection is created with very special cocoa beans, which have exceptional organoleptic characteristics. They are very limited and difficult to obtain. The cacao producer, Auro, is a Filipino company that exclusively uses Filipino cacao. In addition, it works directly with the farmers and makes a special effort to educate them about post-harvest cacao. One of its objectives is to show the potential of Filipino cacao in the Fine Aroma Cocoa market.
  • Origin: Kaitxo Specialty Coffee & Chocolate, a reality born in 2017 in Spain, represents a sensory journey to discover exclusive flavours. This family dedicates heart and soul to the preparation of their products, promoting social responsibility and valuing the work of the farmers. Using only the best cocoa varieties in the world, the artisanal ‘bean to bar’ process guarantees the highest quality and purity in each Kaitxo chocolate, the result of constant commitment and authentic passion.
  • Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
  • Notes: of cherry and sour cherry, aromatic wood and flower.
  • Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
