Origin: Momotombo Fabrica de Chocolate is a small bean-to-bar company in Managua, established in 2004 to produce chocolate made with the famous Nicaragua cacao.
Ingredients: Cacao 90% min. Cacoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Notes: creamy chocolate with notes of coffee, slightly toasted nuts, chestnut, red fruits and long persistence.
Awards: International Chocolate Awards Central America 2017 – Gold
Conservation: This top-quality chocolate must be stored in the right way. The ideal storage temperature is between 16 and 20 °C, direct light and excessive heat or cold sources must be avoided, for example it must not be left in the car in both summer and winter, otherwise it will suffer a thermal shock that will risk ruining it.
