Solstice Chocolate is a family run business, founded by DeAnn Wallin and Scott Query in 2013, and has become one of the most important producers of American craft chocolate, located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
DeAnn has always been a chocolate passionate, even as a child she used to prepare chocolate candies with her grandma, and she has continued this tradition with her own daughters. Her curiosity for the world of chocolate has grown with the years and what had started as a hobby, became an effort of experimentation to obtain the best chocolate for her family. With the growing movement of craft chocolate in the USA and particularly in Utah, DeAnn decided to start with Solstice Chocolate, today renowned all over the world for its extremely high quality.
The bean to bar chocolate has been awarded several times and is handcrafted using the best single origin cacao from all over the world. Just like coffee or wine, the cacao beans have their intrinsic characteristics based on variety and growing conditions.
Each chocolate bar is created thanks to the creative spirit that guides the brains and palates, always open to new experiences. Experiences that Solstice Chocolate wants to share and that they create thanks to the best quality and the great mastery used for each premium chocolate.
